1.Cancellation due to Rain
Singapore is well known for its wet weather and we are used to it in more than one way. In case of rains during a private lesson:

1.2 If it rains during the first 30 minutes of a lesson, the lesson may have to be rescheduled and there will be no charge for the rained-out lesson fee.
1.3 If it rains after 30 minutes of a current session, the session will be terminated and remaining 30 minutes will be carried forward to subsequent lessons. There will be no refund for lost session
1.4 If it rains after 45 minutes of a current session, the session is considered as complete and no refunds or additional session will be added.
In case of rain during a group lesson/camp:
1.5 Group sessions will be conducted and other activities outside the tennis classes will be conducted. There will be no refund of group / camp fees.
2. Safety & Loss of Belongings
2.1 The parent/guardian of students, as indicated and signed on membership forms are solely responsible for the safety of their child or ward whilst at lessons, groups or camps at EduSport facilities and EduSport Tennis Pvt Ltd holds no responsibility for their safety whilst in our tennis centre(s) or with our employed coaches.
2.2 While all reasonable precautions will be taken, EduSport Tennis Pvt Ltd, its employees, servants and agents, will not be responsible or in any way liable for any death, disability, personal injury, loss of property or any other loss howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever at any time during the course of the training.
2.3 Furthermore, parents / guardians fully indemnify Edupsort Tennis Pte ltd, its directors , employees, coaches and other designated persons against any injuries sustained during play or training.
3. Package and redemption expiry dates
3.1 All packages and free class / make up classes redemption coupons will expire exactly 6 months after purchase, after which date, new packages will need to be purchased.
4.EduSport Tennis Academy Uniform
4.1 All EduSport Tennis Pvt Ltd members are required to wear the EduSport Tennis Academy top during training. All members will be given one (1) T-Shirt upon purchase of package of 10 lessons or more. Additional T-Shirts are available for a price and please check with our staff for details.
4.2 Any player who becomes a part of EduSport Tennis Team and competes under the name of EduSport has to compete in EduSport Tennis Academy T-shirts, which are in line with all local tournament regulations, National branding and logo sizing requirements.
6.Cancellation and No-Show policy
5.1 Cancellation or postponement of lessons with less than 24 hours notice is not allowed. The full private/group/camp fees will be payable even if the players are unable to attend the lesson. 5.2 All lessons will start punctually at the stated time. Players arriving late are not entitled to an extension of lesson time and will be charged the full lesson fee.
7.Group sign up policy
6.1 All group lessons are typically for a term that lasts between 8 - 14 weeks. Once group lessons start, it is compulsory to attend all lessons. Players are encouraged to attend all lessons to gain from structured learning and team learning.
6.2 Players unable to attend a group / camp session due to medical reasons will be given alternate slots during the next available date. Players have to produce an official medical certificate / hospitalisation slip for obtaining an alternate slot.
6.3 There shall be no refund or pro-rated training fees arising from any cancellation due to players absence for personal and/or other medical reason(s).
8.Additional Information
7.1 Acceptance of registration is always on a first-come-first-serve basis. The coaching team reserves the right to alter the coach / student ratio depending on situation and at all times.
7.2 The EduSport Tennis Pte Ltd team reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations of the classes at any time. Notification of such changes will be posted on EduSport Tennis Academy website and other social media. All students are advised to visit the site frequently for any announcements or changes to classes / schedules.
